Nel nostro casale La Fattoria, a circa 850 mt dall'area piscina, si trova un ampio appartamento di circa 112 mq, disposto su due livelli: un soggiorno con portico e una cucina al piano terra, 2 camere da letto (una con terrazza) ed 1 bagno, al primo piano. Un ulteriore camera da letto con bagno (volendo tripla) al piano terra.

In our farmhouse La Fattoria, about 850 meters from the swimming pool area, we offer to rent a large apartment of about 112 square meters, on two levels: a living room with porch and a kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (one with terrace) and 1 bathroom, on the first floor. An additional bedroom with bathroom (if you want triple) on the ground floor.

Il soggiorno ha mura in pietra, tavolo in legno per 8 persone, un comodo divano letto matrimoniale.

The living room has stone walls, wooden table for 8 people, a comfortable double sofa bed.

La cucina in legno color avorio e marmo di Carrara, è fornita di uno spazioso lavabo, lavastoviglie, una cucina a gas Fratelli Onofri con forno elettrico, un frigorifero in stile anni '50.

The kitchen, in ivory painted wood and Carrara marble, is equipped with a spacious sink, dishwasher, a gas cooker with electric oven, a refrigerator in 50s style.

La camera ad est si affaccia sui vigneti e sulla valle, con vista verso il borgo di Cupramontana. Ha un letto a baldacchino in ferro battuto, un comò in noce e marmo dei primi del '900, un antico armadio laccato azzurro carta da zucchero.

The room at east overlooks the vineyards and the valley, and the village of Cupramontana. It has a four-poster bed in wrought iron, a dresser in walnut and marble of the early '900, an antique blue lacquered wardrobe.

La camera ad ovest ha due letti singoli in ferro battuto, predisposti ad essere uniti a formare un letto matrimoniale (modello Duetto dell'Azienda Cantori), un armadio ed un comò antichi laccati, e dispone di uno spazioso terrazzo.

The room tat west has two single beds in wrought iron, designed to be joined to form a double bed, a wardrobe and an antique lacquered dresser, and has a spacious terrace.

Il bagno, con pareti dipinte di azzurro è rivestito in ceramica bianca, dispone di una comoda vasca ed è illuminato da una finestra a soffitto con comando elettrico.

The bathroom, blue painted, is covered in white ceramic, has a comfortable bathtub and it is illuminated by a ceiling window with electric control.

La camera al piano terra ha ingresso indipendente. Dipinta in azzurro chiaro, ha un letto in ferro battuto, un comò ed un armadio antichi, uno spazioso bagno con vasca.

The room on the ground floor has an independent entrance. Painted in light blue, it has a wrought iron bed, an antique dresser and wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with bathtub.
